Job Description

:

Creates designs with strong artistic sensibilities that satisfies the needs of the traditional and trendy jewellery customers Maintains current knowledge of design trends Manage creative and technical development of product within merchandise assortment strategy Collaborate with Merchandising, Production and Technical Design to achieve product execution and maintain design integrity Provide design research, attend trade exhibitions, supervise product development process Take an active role in the training and ongoing education of the selling team, provide product knowledge training, event information, policy and procedure updates. Actively seek input from customers to ensure consistent adherence to service standards
