Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and imaginative

Manual Jewellery Designer

with a strong understanding of

diamond and fine jewellery design

. The candidate will be responsible for creating hand-sketched designs that reflect current market trends, client preferences, and brand aesthetics. The ideal designer should possess excellent visualization skills and knowledge of manufacturing feasibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Create

hand-drawn jewellery designs

for rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, bangles, and necklaces. Work closely with CAD designers, merchandisers, and production teams to convert sketches into manufacturable products. Develop new concepts and seasonal collections in line with brand direction and customer demand. Visualize and sketch innovative diamond jewellery pieces with detailed stone placement and proportions. Revise designs based on feedback from clients, management, or technical teams. Maintain an organized portfolio of designs and references for future use. Stay updated with

global jewellery design trends

, diamond cuts, and consumer preferences. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create visually appealing catalog designs and custom orders.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Diploma or Degree in Jewellery Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Minimum

2-5 years of experience

as a Manual Designer in the

diamond/jewellery industry

. Strong sketching and rendering skills using pencils, markers, or watercolor techniques. Excellent sense of creativity, proportion, and detailing in diamond jewellery. Knowledge of different jewellery styles (bridal, daily wear, high-end luxury). Understanding of diamond settings, metal types, and manufacturing limitations. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation:

Salary: ₹25,000 - ?60,000 per month (depending on experience) Benefits: Performance incentives, creative exposure, and professional development opportunities
