Sublime Technocorp is seeking a skilled

Manual & Automation Tester

to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on testing experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

manual testing

of mobile and web applications. Develop, execute, and maintain

automation test scripts

. Create and review

test plans, test scenarios, and test cases

. Conduct

functional, regression, integration, usability, and compatibility testing

. Identify, track, and manage defects using relevant tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.). Ensure test coverage across multiple platforms (Android, iOS, Web). Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product teams. Provide clear and detailed

test reports

and documentation. Participate in sprint planning and contribute to

QA best practices

.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in

manual testing

for both mobile and web platforms. Hands-on experience with

automation tools

(Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.). Knowledge of

API testing

using Postman or similar tools. Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies. Good knowledge of

Defect Life Cycle

and bug-reporting tools. Ability to write clear test cases and identify edge cases. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with

CI/CD pipelines

. Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation. Experience working in a product/service-based IT company.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
