About the Role:

We are looking for a

detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control (QC) Tester

with hands-on experience in

manual and automation testing

. The ideal candidate should be strong in

test case creation

, understanding

business logic

, and testing ERP or other business-critical applications.

You'll play a key role in ensuring product quality and

coordinating between development, QA, and delivery teams

to drive faster and more reliable releases.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, review, and execute detailed

test cases

, test plans, and checklists. Perform

manual testing

of web applications, focusing on process and business logic. Design, build, and maintain

automation test scripts

for regression and functional testing. Identify, document, and track defects using

Jira

or similar tools. Collaborate closely with developers and functional teams to

troubleshoot and resolve issues

. Conduct integration and end-to-end testing of ERP modules or workflow-driven business applications.

Coordinate between developers, QA team, and Delivery Head

to ensure clear communication, timely closure of issues, and smooth delivery cycles. Contribute to

test process improvements

and automation strategy. Participate in sprint planning and QA review meetings. Ensure high-quality deliverables within timelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

1-2 years of hands-on experience in

manual and automation testing

. Strong ability to

create and execute test cases and scenarios

for business logic-driven applications. Experience testing ERP, CRM, or similar

business-critical systems

. Proficiency in

bug tracking and task management

tools like Jira. Familiarity with test management tools and version control systems. Practical experience writing

basic automation scripts

(e.g., using Selenium, Postman, or similar). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and

team collaboration

skills.

Preferred:

Exposure to automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Experience in API testing and performance testing. Prior work experience in

ERP or workflow-based applications

.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹220,217.85 - ₹315,823.98 per year
