Job Responsibilities:
  • The role provides the opportunity to gain invaluable experience as a team manager as well as insights into fund management and Investment Bank Middle Office Operations, with unique exposure to Front, Middle and Back Office teams and external providers. The role will provide an opportunity to develop a deep understanding of products, internal systems, processes and support teams from both buy and sell side.
  • Deal with a large number of counterparties and fund custodians, fund administrators, data providers and other agents all with different and multiple processes.
  • NAV reconciliation, including review of discrepancies and performance attribution. Fee calculations and reconciliations based on rebates, distribution and service providers agreements.
  • End to end management of funds and their assets including all assets transactions lifecycle management (funds dividends, assets corporate actions, coupons and interests, withholding tax treatment). Asset classes: OTC, FX and IRS derivatives, stocks, bonds, CIS, futures and options, stock lending and repos).
  • Reconciliations of all asset classes held by the funds (cash, positions, maturity and corporate actions/interests events)
  • Collateral management., Corporate Actions events, Settlements management, Regulatory reporting reconciliation and remediation.
  • Maintenance of data published on Mansart web-site and third parties data providers. Ensuring continuity and robustness of operational processes, controls and escalations.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
  • Team player and adaptable to a changing environment, including ability to run effectively manual processes.
  • Experience in settlements networks and matching fails resolutions.
  • Experience in corporate actions and lifecycle events.
  • Excellent analytical, time management, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve, drive efficiency, anticipate potential issues and identify solutions
  • Ability to own and manage concurrent assignments effectively and efficiently as well as recognise escalations on timely manner.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products - Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience and technical competency with self-solve tools such as Alteryx would be advantageous
