Responsible for end-to-end manpower management, vendor governance, statutory compliance, and payroll accuracy across PAN India warehouses and rapid stores, ensuring zero operational disruption and full legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities
o Ensure 100% manpower fulfillment and close shortages within 48 hours. o Maintain ?5% monthly attrition and ensure zero disruption during sale and non-sale operations. o Ensure on-time salary disbursement (before 7th) with zero payroll escalations. o Manage manpower and security vendors, conduct monthly performance reviews, and resolve escalations within SLA. o Ensure 100% PF/ESIC compliance, challan reconciliation, and vendor documentation. o Oversee renewal of all licenses and agreements (Labour License, Fire NOC, PASARA, RC, etc.) with zero expiry gaps. o Maintain central dashboards and trackers for manpower, compliance, attrition, and vendor performance. o Ensure zero non-compliance observations in internal and external audits.
