Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate daily workforce allocation as per project/site requirements. Maintain accurate records of attendance, overtime, leaves, and shifts of workers. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of site workers when required. Ensure timely reporting of workforce data to HR/Head Office (attendance, OT, performance, behavioral issues). Act as liaison between site management and labor contractors/workers. Monitor workforce productivity and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Handle basic site-level administrative work such as ID cards, PPE distribution, and documentation. Support supervisors/project managers in addressing workforce-related challenges. Assist in resolving grievances of workers in coordination with HR. Prepare and share daily/weekly workforce reports.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Administration, HR, Management, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in workforce coordination, site supervision, or related roles. Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting. Ability to handle site-level workforce challenges effectively. Knowledge of labor laws and compliance will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
