Title: GSC Digital Global Transportation Technology Consultant/Senior Consultant
Position Description:
This is an expert consultant with strong leadership and collaboration role primarily to rollout/deploy Manhattan Active TMS across SEs logistics network of DCs, plants & 3PLs. The role requires engaging with BPO/BPRs (business process owners), transport managers and digital experts + defining end to end solution + governing the scope
Position Requirements:
xc2xb7 Develop deep product (Manhattan Active TMS) knowledge, learn the configuration capabilities and design sustainable solutions for complex transport flows
xc2xb7 Deploy Manhattan Active TMS in 1 or more sites (DCs, plants, 3PLs) in collaboration with BPO/BPRs (business process owners), transport managers, digital regions & WM experts.
xc2xb7 Identify business transformation needs & ensure timely alignment with business owners
xc2xb7 Enrich the global template & pre-configuration capabilities with the goal to shorten deployment cycle
xc2xb7 Ideate new ways of working to automate configuration processes, accelerate delivery & improve quality of deliverables
Experience / Skills Expected
xc2xb7 10+ years of consulting experience in enterprise technology programs, preferably in logistics/transportation domain
xc2xb7 Art of learning a new product and analytical skills to learn configuration to design new solution
xc2xb7 Greenfield global technology program deployment in 3+ countries/large sites, hands-on technical experience in mandatory
xc2xb7 Strong fundamental grasp of enterprise technologies & SaaS paradigms
xc2xb7 Experience with playing critical technology & leadership roles in large and complex program teams
xc2xb7 Knowledge & understanding of transport/logistics processes.
xc2xb7 Thriving in multi-cultural global teams
