Title: Manager, Facilities

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO:

Managing facility in Mumbai, India, ensuring consistency in standards and compliance with local regulations. Overseeing vendor relationships for services such as maintenance, security, and cleaning. Developing and managing budgets for facilities operations optimizing costs while maintaining standards. Ensuring facilities meet local codes, regulations, and safety standards. Optimizing office space through our space management platform, considering regional needs and cultural differences. Implementing and managing facility management systems and technologies for efficiency and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing emergency response plans to address potential crises or disasters pertaining to Duck Creek Facility. Implementing and monitoring sustainability practices in facility operations. Facilities manager is also responsible for managing and coordinating teams across different locations, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Identifying and mitigating risks associated with facility operations. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate diverse cultures and regulatory environments.

WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99VE DONE:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in facilities management, with a proven track record of overseeing diverse locations.
• Clear and effective communication is crucial for managing teams globally.
• Ability to quickly and effectively address issues that may arise in various locations.
• Basic understanding of facility systems, maintenance, and safety standards.
• Fundamental skills in budgeting and cost control.
• Flexibility to work across different cultures and adapt to local regulations.
• Basic project management skills for overseeing facility-related projects.
• Ability to coordinate with and manage relationships with vendors globally.
• Understanding of basic legal and regulatory requirements in various regions.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams spread across different geographical locations.
• Proficiency in using technology for communication and basic facility management tasks.
• Continuous learning and adaptability are essential in this role.
