About the Role:
Lead our mandate acquisition team to secure exclusive property listings and drive sales growth. We need an experienced real estate professional with proven people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of mandate sales executives to achieve monthly targets
Recruit, train, and mentor team members on mandate acquisition strategies
Secure exclusive property mandates from owners through strategic networking and negotiation
Develop and implement sales strategies to convert open mandates to exclusive agreements
Monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and provide coaching
Build strong relationships with property owners, developers, and stakeholders
Analyze market trends and maintain accurate sales reports in CRM
Handle high-value mandate negotiations and escalated client issues
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in real estate mandate sales
At least 2 years managing/leading a sales team
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and securing exclusive mandates
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
Valid driver's license preferred
