Upon successful completion of the program and based on performance, the candidate will be offered a
full-time role
in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
Identify and explore new business opportunities.
Assist in lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups.
Support the sales team in presentations, demos, and client interactions.
Maintain accurate records of client communication and sales activities.
Marketing
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
Support social media management, content coordination, and branding activities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.
Administration
Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in documentation, data management, and internal communication.
Support the team in organizing meetings, events, and training sessions.
Skills & Requirements
Educational Qualification:
MBA or BE/B.Tech (Any Specialization).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
High level of enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
