Assist the showroom sales team in daily sales operations and customer handling.
Greet and engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and suggest suitable products.
Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and support in closing sales.
Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is neat and well-organized.
Learn and assist in preparing sales reports, order processing, and coordination with backend teams.
Understand company products, ergonomics concepts, and design solutions to explain to clients confidently.
Support in after-sales service and customer feedback collection.
Participate in product training, sales workshops, and showroom promotional activities.
