Job description :- The position is responsible for efficiently and effectively managing Channel partners (Distributors) and ensuring an increase in the Opt-ins numbers on digital, order booking and an increase in sales revenue targets, unit sales, and collectionsKey Accountabilities:- Tracking targeted Sales Value (MINR) and Volume achievement (Units).- Achieving Targeted Sales (activity level per month) from the assigned secondary channels, and achievement of planned targets- Work closely with National Sales to create and develop new channels for increasing the width and depth of the channel distribution pipeline in various geographies.- To ensure constant tracking and response to competitor activity, specifically for the operating micro-market and- provide timely feedback as per market dynamics- Successfully liaison with Nationals Sales, business development,offer, and other functions to improve individual channel activities and customer experience.- Development and implementation of commercial policy and initiate market development activities as required to expand the customer footprint and sales pipeline.Education / Requirements :- Bachelor s degree as a minimum qualification. The post-graduate degree would be a plus.- Preferably an Engineering or Business school MBA- 5-10 years experience in the customer-facing business/industry out of which 2-3 years experience in marketing.- Prior experience in B2B Sales Distribution is a plus.For More Details : 6353131340 (ref:updazz.com)
