Department: Commercial Real Estate

Locations: Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Gurgaon

Experience: 8 - 17 years

Compensation (Yearly): INR 1,500,000 - 3,200,000

Key Responsibilities

? Generate revenue by sourcing and closing land disposition transactions across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Gurgaon. ? Work across the spectrum of land monetization structures and capital raising transactions for developers. ? Secure land disposition and capital raising mandates. ? Handle the entire transaction process with support from the Mumbai Capital Markets Team. ? Generate and manage land, developer, and financial institutions' databases and options. ? Ensure individual revenue targets are met

Additional Skills:

? Strong relationships in the real estate sector, including Tier 2/3 developers. ? Relationship management with clients and stakeholders. ? Ability to bring in and execute business independently. ? Excellent communication and presentation skills. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience: ₹ Minimum 8+ years in land and capital raising transactions for developers. ? Expertise in construction finance, structured finance, refinance, and related real estate products. ? Knowledge of local development control regulations and land stock in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Gurgaon. ? Proven track record in executing and managing high-value transactions

.Education ? MBA, CA, or CFA from a reputed institute.

Additional Information ? Role Focus: Capital Markets - Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Gurgaon. ? Key Target Audience: Land and Capital Markets teams of Real Estate IB firms / IPCs. ? Joining: Early joiners preferred (maximum 60 days). ? Work Mode: Work from office. ? Budget: Flexible for the right candidate
