Job Description

Must Have Master Data Management experience 8+ years\' experience in Master Data Development and Maintenance using any market leading MDM tools (preferably Informatica, SAP MDG, Reltio, Stibo etc.) Design and Implement 3-4 full cycles of MDM solutions Participate in requirements gathering sessions to interpret business requirements and convert them into technical requirements, define use cases and test scenarios. Has hands-on experience with MDM Hub configurations - Data modeling & Data Mappings (Landing, staging etc.), Data validation, Data integration, Match and Merge rules, workflow management and publishing data to downstream systems A good understanding of data lifecycle (data profiling, data quality, MDM, data integration, software QA, data warehouses/marts/staging/ODS) Strong experience in data extraction from various sources, integration of disparate data into a common data model, and data migration into a target database, application, or file using efficient ETL processes Strong SQL Skills with ability to understand and write complex queries Primary Skill Bachelor in Engineering or Equivalent A mix of technical + consulting experience w.r.t MDM will be an add-on! Minimum 3+ years for MDM tool experience Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn/explore new technologies as and when required.
