Managing Associate/Principal Associate in the IP litigation team. Work as part of a team on interesting cases in Mumbai and across other branch offices. Carrying out legal research, drafting of pleadings, prosecuting cases, briefing counsels, and appearing before different courts and tribunals, drafting of legal notices and all ancillary tasks associated therewith. Travel across India as and when required.

Ideal Candidate:

LLB with 7+ years of post-qualification experience in the IP litigation team of a law firm based in Mumbai. Handled trademark infringement, passing off and copyright infringement cases before the Bombay High Court. Experience in legal research, drafting of pleadings, prosecuting cases, briefing counsels, and appearing before different courts and tribunals, drafting of legal notices and all ancillary tasks associated therewith. Excellent academic credentials. Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi. Team worker, highly motivated and able to work in a high-pressure environment. * Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
