Inviting applications for the role of Manager/Senior Manager, Workforce Data Admin!
This role is pivotal in optimizing workforce performance through data-driven insights, process enhancements, and effective resource management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in workforce analytics, operational leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership:
o Define and execute the strategic roadmap for data management and operations.
o Align team objectives with organizational goals and drive performance.
2. Operational Oversight:
o Oversee end-to-end data management processes, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
o Manage escalations and foster collaboration across teams to resolve complex challenges.
3. Team Development:
o Build and nurture high-performing teams through training, mentorship, and engagement initiatives.
o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
4. Stakeholder Management:
o Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on data strategies.
o Provide insights and recommendations to support business objectives.

o Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR Business, Data Science, or related fields (MBA preferred).*
Relevant years of experience in data management or operations, with at least some years in leadership.*
Expertise in data analytics, reporting tools, and process automation.*
Familiarity with HCM tool - SuccessFactors, Workdays, Oracle Fusion will be an added advantage*
Willingness to work 5 days from office in client specific shift.*
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Proven experience in managing large-scale operations and leading cross-functional teams.*
Certifications in leadership, data management, or project management.*
Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.*
Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.*
Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.*
Flexibility to work across global teams and time zones.*
