Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

Experience to manage multiple teams and projects Hands on legacy Fixed-net tools / Enterprise and DevOps framework knowledge. Expert in these product is a must :

WEBSHERE , WEBLOGIC , SQL, Unix scripting, DevOps.



Proficient in DB scripting Lotus notes management , JIRA management , ITSM Lean Six Sigma yellow belt certification is an advantage . Certificate management Tomcat / Apache administration Windows administration Proficient in SQL and database concepts with complete knowledge of scripts and PLSQL OCI certified is an asset Handle migration project in team and work in agile/DevOps model Knowledge of AWS , Kubernetes , Azure and Ansible , Terraform Skills to adapt knowledge in Python Good in Unix shell scripting / YAML Able to adapt Jenkins CICD pipeline and adapt in GIT Order management of FN Unix ,SQL , SQL automat ,COST tool ,TCAM ,Req Pro tool Understanding of ITIL process, roles and responsibilities. Handling of Production Incident tickets , communicating and collaborating with relevant teams for issue resolution. Helped to make project transition in VOIS
