Titan, a leading accessories company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandising Manager-Visual Merchandising (Operations) to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As the Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual merchandising operations for our accessories department.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall brand image and drive sales for the accessories department
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and retail operations to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual presentation
Manage and train a team of visual merchandisers to ensure all stores are consistently and effectively merchandised according to company standards
Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual merchandising guidelines are being followed and provide feedback and coaching to store teams
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions on product placement and visual displays
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve and innovate our visual merchandising strategies
Manage and track visual merchandising budget and expenses
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the accessories industry
Strong understanding of retail operations and customer behavior
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Willingness to travel for store visits and industry events

Work Experience
Key Deliverables
Design and develop visual merchandising displays based on the calendar, and ensure their execution across all channels.
Ensure smooth implementation and auditing of the visual merchandising concepts (like seasonal displays and planograms)
Create training videos or manuals with detailed specifications to train all channel partners in different regions.
Coordinate with regional chains and channels for the proper installation of displays, following the guidelines and training materials.
Oversee vendor and cost management for the categories, ensuring budgets are met.
Work with vendors to design and create prototypes according to concepts, specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Develop detailed specifications for approved concepts and communicate them to the Proto Coordinator.
Establish a process for visual merchandising production at the regional level.
Play a key role in negotiating cost estimates from vendors to get the best deals.
Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and submit audit reports to the corporate team.
