Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Treasury - Investment & Premium Accounting Analyst / Specialist
The role is responsible for managing and supporting investment and premium accounting activities within the Treasury function. This includes data collection, reconciliations between multiple systems (GL, Clearwater, custodians, AR subledgers), preparation of accounting entries, financial reporting (GAAP & STAT), and audit support. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and coordination with various internal finance teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
Investment Accounting & Forecasting
o Review the investment forecasts and related analysis prepared by the team
Reconciliation & Data Validation
o Review the reconciliations prepared by the team between Clearwater, custodian, and GL balances; identify and investigate mismatches.
o Coordinate with Clearwater and custodians to resolve data discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
Journal Preparation & Posting
o Review journals templates, and ensure entry is being accurately uploaded to Oracle.
o Track completion status and ensure all required journals are posted with proper supporting documentation.
Premium Accounting & Cash Application
o Review the reconciliations prepared by team between bank statements (via T-RECS, PSAR, etc.) and AR subledgers.
o Review the unapplied cash and missing transactions; and review the journals manual journal entries (MJE) prepared by the team and ensure it is correctly posted in A/R systems.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
o Review impairment journals, STAT entries, and quarterly/annual statutory reporting.
o Review the analysis performed by the team between GAAP vs. STAT, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and guidelines.
Reconciliation Governance & Audit Support
o Review the monthly reconciliations, open items, and balances in ARCS and SharePoint.
o Support internal/external audits by structuring and uploading supporting documents (e.g., PwC Connect).
Stakeholder & Project Management
o Partner with onshore teams and business units to resolve fund ownership issues and inter-BU transfers.
o Support system upgrades and process automation projects (e.g., Clearwater enhancement, Enterprise Cash Receipt implementation).
o Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives across treasury processes.
Minimum Qualifications
BCOM / MCOM / MBA Finance
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Relevant experience in investment accounting, treasury operations, or financial reconciliations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, reconciliations).
• Experience with Clearwater, Oracle, ARCS, T-RECS, PSAR, or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to investigate and resolve reconciliation differences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across finance, accounting, and treasury teams
