Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Manager - Trainer
to lead training and development initiatives for our overseas education division. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills to train and manage a team of visa counselors and education consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training modules for visa counselors and education advisors.
Conduct regular training sessions on visa procedures, communication skills, and client handling.
Monitor the performance of team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Stay updated with the latest international education trends, visa regulations, and destination-specific guidelines.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent training standards.
Maintain detailed training records and prepare performance evaluation reports.
Lead by example and assist in managing escalated client queries if required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (required); a Master's Degree is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations and training sessions.
Sound knowledge of overseas education processes (preferred).
Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
