Job Role: Manager / Team Leader - Telecalling & Front Office (Dental Clinic)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Manager/Team Leader to oversee our telecalling team and reception staff. The role focuses on improving patient experience, increasing conversions and sales, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the dental clinic.
Lead and supervise the telecalling team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Train callers on scripts, communication etiquette, and patient persuasion techniques.
Monitor call quality, follow-up frequency, and lead conversion rates.
Maintain and update lead databases, track follow-ups, and ensure timely callbacks.
Plan strategies to increase appointment bookings and treatment conversions.
2. Reception & Front Desk Management
Oversee reception activities including patient greeting, appointment handling, and wait-time management.
Ensure front-desk staff follow clinic protocols and maintain professional communication.
Manage patient flow to avoid overcrowding and delays.
Ensure a clean, organized, and patient-friendly reception area.
3. Patient Experience & Quality Assurance
Ensure every patient receives a high-quality service experience.
Resolve patient concerns, complaints, and special requests.
Implement systems for patient feedback and work on continuous improvement.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient records.
4. Team Leadership & Training
Conduct regular team meetings and briefings.
Train new staff and conduct refreshers for existing team members.
Motivate staff to achieve performance benchmarks.
5. Administrative & Reporting
Prepare reports on sales, patient visits, enquiries, and conversion metrics.
Ensure compliance with clinic policies and operational standards.
Coordinate with doctors, management, and support staff for smooth workflow.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Team Leader/Manager in healthcare, dental, or telecalling environment.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams.
Knowledge of patient management systems and basic computer skills.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
