Manager-Talent acquisition-8+ years-Mumbai
We are looking for a high-impact Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end hiring for Consulting & Advisory functions. This role is ideal for a strategic TA professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, partners closely with senior stakeholders, and brings strong market intelligence to build high-quality talent pipelines while strengthening employer brand.
Location- Mumbai(Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities * Own and manage end-to-end talent acquisition for Consulting & Advisory group functions

• Partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HR stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver hiring outcomes
• Drive hiring excellence by meeting SLAs, quality of hire, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire metrics
• Act as a consultative advisor by providing hiring insights, market intelligence, and data-driven recommendations
• Build and strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent
• Enhance candidate and stakeholder experience through clear communication and periodic reporting
• Effectively utilize ATS to maximize hiring efficiency and process effectiveness

What We're Looking For * Strong experience in Consulting & Advisory hiring

• Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
