Qualifications and Skills:


Graduation / Post Graduation - Commerce / Business Administration


Diploma - Materials Management is added advantage


Minimum 10 years experienced in Stores Management in an Engineering Company

involving Assembly


Knowledgeable on ISO9001:2015 QMS Requirements


Skilled in Export Packing Documentation


Skilled in Stock accounting methods


Skilled in Stores Layout management for better stock control


Knowledgeable in Safety Requirement in material handling


Knowledgeable in handling / storage of shelf life items - Seals / O rings / paints


Knowledgeable in Material Lifting Equipment statutory Requirements


Knowledgeable in International Packing Standards, Fumigation requirements

Leadership to direct the Stores Team


Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

In charge for Stores


Responsible for Stock accuracy


Custodian of Material purchased, stored, subcontracted by the company


Managing the stores team involving Material Inward & Outward and validate daily

stock movements


Despatch - Domestic & Export


Stock Audit - In house and supplier end


Inventory Control - Fast moving, Non moving


Monthly Stock Reporting to Bank and Top Management


Mistake Proofing in stock accounting


Improvements in Stores processes
