We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to manage
STEM
(Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) school programmes across
government and government-aided schools in and around Bengaluru
.
Kannada knowledge is a must
.
The Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of the programme, including team recruitment, school engagement, performance monitoring, and stakeholder coordination, with a focus on delivering high-impact learning experiences to students.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and train STEM Trainers/Mentors to deliver high-quality STEM instruction in schools.
Deploy STEM Trainers to identified schools and regularly monitor their performance through structured evaluations and feedback.
Collaborate with School Education Department officials and Principals (HMs) for selection and onboarding of project schools
Conduct regular school visits to provide on-ground support, quality assurance, smooth implementation and resolve any operational challenges.
Generate and submit monthly and quarterly performance reports highlighting programme reach, impact, and outcomes.
Organize and facilitate training workshops, review meetings, and professional development sessions for STEM Trainers.
Maintain accurate records and data for internal monitoring and external reporting.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience working with NGOs, CSR initiatives, or
government education schemes
(STEM education related programmes).
Knowledge of hands-on STEM learning tools, pedagogy, and curriculum integration strategies.
Required Skills and Experience
Strong team management and leadership skills, with experience in recruitment and training.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders, including school authorities and government officials.
Proficiency in planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale school programmes.
Ability to prepare detailed reports and analyze programme data.
Familiarity with the public education ecosystem in Karnataka, including school governance structures.
Fluency in Kannada and English
(spoken and written). Fluency is Hindi and Tamil is a plus.
Willingness to travel frequently within Bengaluru and nearby districts.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
