JD FOR MANAGER & Sr. Manager Sales
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the real estate division. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate agents. Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, both buyers and sellers. Understand their needs, preferences, and concerns, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Property Portfolio Management: Oversee the management and promotion of the property portfolio. Ensure accurate and appealing property listings, conduct property inspections, and guide agents in effectively presenting properties to potential buyers.
  • Sales Process Oversight: Monitor and enhance the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Implement best practices, ensure compliance with legal and industry regulations, and streamline processes for increased efficiency.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze sales data, market trends, and property values to generate accurate sales forecasts. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and key metrics for senior management.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop impactful marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and online presence to attract potential clients and drive lead generation.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Assist real estate agents in complex negotiations and high-value deals. Provide guidance on pricing strategies and terms to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Market Research: Stay current with real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Use insights to adapt sales strategies, identify emerging market opportunities, and inform decision-making.
  • Training and Development: Organize training sessions and workshops to equip the sales team with the latest industry knowledge, negotiation techniques, and sales skills. Foster continuous learning and professional growth among team members
Required Candidate profile :-
  • Must be Graduate in any stream.
  • Self-sufficient and self-motivated to succeed in sales process.
  • Professionalism, integrity, responsibility, and accountability.
  • Previous experience in Real Estate in Commercial Property or Residential Property sales.
  • Knowledge about Noida real estate market will be a plus.
  • Persistent and proactive.
  • Excellent communicator with good negotiating skills.
  • Dynamic personality and ability to connect with people.
  • Flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and team playing ability.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9800,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb91,200,000.00 per year Benefits:
