Job Description

Role Overview
The Manager/Senior Manager - Sales will be responsible for driving strategic sales growth
within the printing and packaging segment, with a strong focus on pharmaceutical industry
clients. This role requires extensive experience in technical sales, deep market
understanding, and the ability to lead high-value customer engagements. The incumbent
will be responsible for new business acquisition, key account management, and aligning
sales strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales initiatives for the Pravesha Division targeting pharmaceutical and related
industry clients.
  • Identify, prospect, and convert potential clients within the print and packaging domain.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Present, promote, and demonstrate advanced packaging solutions effectively to both new
and existing customers.
  • Drive large-scale negotiations and close high-value sales deals.
  • Provide end-to-end customer support, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Track market trends, understand customer requirements, and monitor competitor
activities to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, NPD, Operations) to create customized
solutions for clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth
targets.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, MIS, forecasts, and business reviews for senior
management.
  • Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical packaging regulations, quality standards, and
compliance norms.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members where applicable.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Graduate
  • 10+ years of proven sales experience in the Printing / Packaging industry, preferably
serving pharmaceutical clients.
  • Strong technical understanding of printed packaging products (labels, cartons, leaflets,
mono cartons, etc.).
  • Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging requirements and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and client management capabilities.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies using market insights and data-driven analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and handle high-value client portfolios.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
