Lead the overall quality function to ensure products meet customer and regulatory standards. Drive system compliance, continuous improvement, and a culture of zero defects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage QMS compliance (ISO/IATF) and internal, customer, and supplier audits.
Oversee incoming, in-process, and final quality control.
Handle customer complaints and drive 8D/CAPA implementation.
Lead initiatives for defect reduction, yield improvement, and process excellence.
Guide and develop the quality team; implement quality tools (SPC, FMEA, PPAP, MSA).
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Strong experience in quality systems, audits, and data-driven improvement.
* Proven leadership, analytical, and customer-handling skills.
