Position: Manager/Sr. Manager - Sales(International Marketing)
Location:Ahmedabad
Experience:5 - 6 Years

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans for the US market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, contract manufacturers, and distributors.
• Build strong client relationships and manage the complete sales cycle--from lead generation to closure.
• Represent at international trade shows, expos, and client meetings across the US.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D, Quality, Production, Regulatory) to deliver customized solutions.
• Conduct detailed market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the senior leadership.

Required skills:

• Must possess a valid US Business Visa (B1/B2 or equivalent).
• Must be open and willing to travel internationally, especially to the US, for client meetings, exhibitions, and business development.
• Strong understanding of US market dynamics, healthcare regulations, and B2B client engagement practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Performance-based incentives and travel allowances.
