Job Description
Our finance team works relentlessly for stakeholders like Investors, Board, Government, Bankers, Business Vendor Partners, Customers & Employees. They are committed to planning & managing finances through Budgeting and Planning, MIS Reporting, etc.
The team ensures fiscal law compliances, including Direct and Indirect Tax comprising GST, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, etc., while ensuring internal control for financial transactions and significantly contributing towards informed decision-making at Dream11.
Your Role:
- Ensuring systems, policies and processes are compliant with current and changing regulations and company policies
- Adopting and implementing industry best practices for processes/policies like GL accounting, expense reports, book closure, ledger balancing & verification, etc.
- Liaising with different stakeholders for smooth operations in the accounts payable (AP) function
- Leading audit of AP function & ensuring a clean report
- Reconciling inter-company and inter-business unit transactions
- Defining and maintaining TAT for AP function
- Compiling, analysing, and reporting financial information to the management and government agencies
- Mentoring the team effectively to optimise efficiency
- Prior experience of at least 6-8 years in accounts payable (P2P process) with 2-3 years of leading a team
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP
- Hands-on experience in creating an internal financial control (IFC) framework in the context of accounts payable
