Job Roles and Responsibilities: Understand client requirements & on-board quality Affiliates / Publishers / Ad networks to deliver required quality results. Maintain open communication with all affiliates on day-to-day concerns. Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization possibilities. Monitoring a campaign\'s performance on a regular basis; making sure that the weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign performance reports are shared with the client. Engaging in conversation with advertisers and the demand team to better analyze campaign effectiveness. Grow your business month over month by estimating revenue on a monthly or quarterly basis and negotiating the terms of the agreement. Helping affiliates with integration. Troubleshooting tracking issues at publisher end. Keep up with affiliate marketing trends and look for new opportunities. Ensure current publishers keep promoting relevant offers.Educate clients and internal teams on the value of Affiliates. Understand the value it brings to different business models and drive client adoption. Collaborate with digital leads to evangelize affiliates and deliver on revenue targets. Understand the technology landscape that key partners/vendors bring and select/recommend appropriate tactics basis client\'s requirements. Drive the development of processes, documents, checklists, etc. to ensure operational efficiency and continual improvement for both new and existing clients. Work closely with our partners to oversee the launch and execution of campaigns. Qualifications: 4-5 years of experience within the affiliates industry. Hands-on experience managing a team. Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms and programs. Good working knowledge of major analytics programs like Google Analytics, Omniture etc. Comprehensive understanding of attribution solutions such as Appsflyer, Branch, Singular, Adjust, Kochava, etc. Passion for affiliate marketing and the wider digital industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills including presenting and reporting. Strong people and partnership management skills. Strong Excel and numerical skills.
