In this role, you will be a part of the Commercial Analytics team. This role supports Commercial Analytics enablement to sales and marketing analytics, which includes the oversight of specialty field sales rosters, sales force alignments, HCP eligibility, and targeting. This role also serves as a key point between sales,
marketing
and operations related to the areas
identified
above. Strong understanding of industry trends this role will provide insights and recommendations for driving business performance associated with sales/marketing teams.
Specialty Care Analytics -This
requires
client facing experience and collaborating with client and Genpact teams to support Specialty Care work stream through producing insights around client's specialty products and performance using pharma commercial data. Work with business teams such as Brand teams,
Sales
and Marketing analysts to define business rules, define metrics. Provide data and analytics services for client specialty care products. Data analytics and reporting services. Experienced in data related reviews, specialty pharmacy and other patient services programs with close interaction with the Specialty Analytics and Reporting.
Responsibilities
Has worked extensively in the life sciences analytics space with hands on experience in LSH domain under consulting analytics
The role demands for a highly qualified professional who can work individually and provide guidance/interact to/with team members
5-8, years of experience in reporting and analytics in
Pharmaceutical
commercial - Sales and Marketing preferably in specialty analytics
Execute multiple reporting/analytics projects to meet quality requirements through establishing and following work plans, gathering business requirements, and coordinating with
team
.
Serves as point of contact for Client and Onshore Team providing regular communication on project status, collects requirements, scopes analytics and reporting requests and coordinates with offshore team doe delivery.
Experienced with client management, scoping for projects
Familiar with Specialty Pharmacy business and data sets- such as IQVIA,
Veeva,
and other third-party data providers.
Ability to successfully lead a team of Data Analysts to deliver analytical reports and Ad hoc analysis.
Proficiency
in programming languages like SQL, R
, Python
.
MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Understanding of tools like Alteryx and Tableau.
Basic understanding of
GenAI
concepts and
its
applications in data analytics.
Experience with specialty analytics services like patient analytics, specialty marketing analytics, specialty launch support Working on quality drives,
Experience in Commercial/Sales Analytics preferably in Specialty care therapy areas
Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
Experience in R, Python, SQL statistical modeling
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or similar preferred
