Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development professional specializing in Commercial Real Estate to drive growth within our South India client portfolio. The role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities among clients with cross-border real estate portfolios.
Location- Chennai and Bangalore

Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate market through research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders- corporate clients and internal stakeholders such as brokers and city leads.
Drive sales initiatives, and oversee transactions to ensure client satisfaction and increase repeat business
Be responsible for ideating for compelling presentations for sales pitches.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to enable business strategy and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for receiving and passing on leads for firms larger objective
Requirement:
Minimum of 5 years experience in business development or sales, preferably within the commercial real estate sector.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Understanding of commercial real estate market trends, laws, and practices.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, business development activities, and market conditions.
Develop business-related materials, proposals, and case studies to support client.
Stay current with relevant commercial real estate transaction, market intel for relevant insights to occupiers
Be a strong team player with the ability to collaborate across borders.
