Role purpose:
The Service Catalogue & Quantity Coordinator is a key conduit between the VOIS Service Towers and the Markets in terms of both processes, defined services and the consumption of services/units leading to an effective charge.
They will be responsible for tracking and controlling all service change requests within the organization. This role ensures that changes to services are managed effectively, minimizing disruption to operations and ensuring compliance with established processes and controls.
Quantity metrics are a critical component of our Services and service consumption, it is critical to ensure the quality assurance of Q Changes, Q metric management and the Q collection, as this is a critical success factor for VOIS's end to end delivery.
Coordination of the Data Sources and Service Delivery Lead inputs required to produce the Manage My Delivery (MMD) Dashboard for VOIS.
Providing subject matter expertise, coordination and guidance across Manage My Delivery, Service Catalogue and the end-to-end Change Management processes and governance controls.
