Job Summary:

The Dealer Manager is responsible for developing, recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing network of dealers to achieve sales targets for OWC (Organic waste Converter) machines and related products (e.g., Shredders, Dewatering machines etc.). This role involves driving market penetration, ensuring dealer effectiveness, and maintaining strong relationships within the waste management and environmental solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Dealer Recruitment and On-boarding:

Identifying and recruiting potential dealers, onboarding them with training on products, sales techniques, and company policies..

Sales Target Achievement:

Setting sales targets for the dealer network and monitoring performance, providing support and guidance

Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, acting as a point of contact for support.

Reporting and Analysis:

Tracking sales data, analyzing performance, and generating reports for management.

Qualifications:



Education:

MBA in Sales or Marketing or B.Tech degree in any Engineering.

Experience:



Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of managing dealer networks.

Experience in selling waste management solutions, environmental products, generators ,lifts or industrial equipment is highly preferred.

Experience with B2B sales is a plus.

Skills Required:



Strong Sales Acumen



Dealer Management:

Excellent skills in recruiting, developing, and motivating dealer channels.

Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills.



Technical Aptitude:

Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of OWC machines and their benefits.

Leadership:

Strong leadership and team management

Attributes:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
