Job Responsibilities:

1. Tax Compliance:

- Stay updated on all relevant tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company\'s compliance with local, state, and federal tax requirements.

- Prepare and file all tax returns accurately and on time.

- Implement tax strategies to minimize the organization\'s tax liabilities while remaining within legal boundaries.

2. Tax Planning and Strategy:

- Develop and implement tax strategies that optimize the company\'s tax position.

- Analyze the financial implications of business decisions and provide recommendations to reduce the tax impact.

- Stay informed about new tax incentives and opportunities that benefit the organization.

3. Audits and Disputes:

- Manage tax audits, assessments, and disputes, working closely with auditors and government authorities.

- Provide support in resolving tax-related issues and defending the company\'s tax positions when necessary.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

- Ensure accurate and timely tax reporting and documentation, including financial statements, schedules, and supporting documents.

- Oversee the maintenance of comprehensive tax records for audit and compliance purposes.

5. Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and training to develop their tax expertise.

- Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment within the tax department.

6. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting, legal, and operations, to ensure tax considerations are integrated into the company\'s decision-making processes.

- Work with external tax consultants, as needed, to address complex tax issues.

7. Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate tax-related risks, including potential exposure to tax liabilities and non-compliance
