Main Purpose of the position / Key responsibility areasServe as a day-to-day point of allotted channels for talent requirement Work jointly with the internal team to drive talent requirement & development. Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices. Research & keep track on emerging talent Maintain and nurture current artist relations Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals Media Relationship/Database management Develop and Manage talent budget for respective channels

. Closing of Negotiations processes.
. Handling system processes on the commercials closed.

Preference: Candidates who are fluent in Telugu (Speaking, Reading and Writing) will be preferred.
