Supply Chain Financing - Manager / Senior Manager

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Build a led generation engine to identify new opportunities for enabling supply chain financing for factories and brands, both India and globally

- Strategize and structure business transactions to achieve the best commercial and payment terms

- Independently build key relationships with clients to formulate and execute transactions

- Take end to end responsibility for the supply chain financing product which includes developing sales, negotiating contracts, onboarding suppliers and executing transactions.

- Gathering and analysing required data/information to create and maintain Groyyo\'s business dashboard and track Key Metrics.

- Build partnerships with NBFCs and debt providers to partner with Groyyo and enable the Supply Chain Financing facility

- Working directly with Groyyo leadership on strategy to achieve the long-term goals of the business

What should you have?

- 3-5 years of experience in Start Ups, NBFCs, Sales Roles etc.

- Graduate degree in Management, Finance or Economics preferred

- Strong numerical and analytical mindset

- Ability to pitch, negotiate and sell proactively and effectively

- Ability to manage multiple work streams

- Ability to evolve and adapt to working in Emerging Markets

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
