To lead and manage a team of TSMs and RMs, and drive the growth of the Individual Agency Channel in the assigned area.Primary Responsibilities:- Team management and performance monitoring- Recruitment and development of individual agents- Drive sales and achieve business targets- Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines- Provide ongoing training and support to the team- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders1. Insurance Channel/POS Development- Support in sourcing and servicing POS agents as per policy- Develop POS/Agency channel for assigned location- Coordinate for licensing, training, and induction- Ensure product and ongoing training is delivered- Maintain balance of new and existing POS agents- Plan strategies to reach various market segments2.
