To build the GCC ecosystem in India. The GCC ecosystem refers to multinationals who have setup centers to drive technology, operations and digitals initiatives for India to build their businesses globally. This segment has not just been growing rapidly but also has been able to put India's IT-BPM sector on the world map by enabling innovative high impact work from India. The role will focus on ensuring that Nasscom is seen as the key platform for problem solving and thought leadership for the segment

Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility

Help existing GCCs drive higher quality of work from India:

Based on industry needs:

Develop and execute programs and cohorts on specific themes and domains that will help GCCs solve some of their key challenges Design innovation challenges and other initiatives in collaboration with other relevant partners depending on expertise need - internal and external partners Anchor key research reports based on industry needs identified - work with partners and internal research teams to ensure high impact for members Engage GCCs through relevant initiatives, thoughts leaderships, roundtables to help them connect on common themes and challenges Ensure successful GCC Conclave bringing in relevant speakers and participation - be seen as the key platform for GCCs to connect, network and share thought leadership

Accelerate the entry of GCCs to India :

Form strategic partnerships and collaborations with ecosystem players to connect with companies who do not have GCCs in India to build deeper understanding of ecosystem and benefits of the model Work with internal and external stakeholders to build strong narratives about the GCC ecosystem in media and in ecosystem Conceptualize and manage programs that will help proactive connects with enterprises and create awareness about their globalization

Enable hub and spoke model for GCCs:

Work with enterprises and possible destinations to help companies leverage talent and ecosystem of emerging hubs Work with internal teams at NASSCOM and with ecosystem members to build conducive ecosystem for GCCs to grow and expand in these emerging hubs

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience

Must have:

Strong program management skills and experience and ability to manage and align parallel tracks Crisis management and prioritization Ability to work with diverse teams and manage expectations Good client and stakeholder management skills - exposure to handling CXO/Senior management Understanding of IT-BPM industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good to have :

Exposure to working with government bodies in a good to have skill Experience in sales and marketing 8-12 years of experience with at least in IT-BPM or aligned industry
