Langersculpt is a leading Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Centre based in New Delhi, offering world-class surgical and non-surgical cosmetic & reconstructive treatments. Our practice focuses on delivering natural and transformative results through patient centric care, cutting-edge techniques and clinical excellence. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Manager to drive patient engagement, manage the inquiries and the telecalling team, and ensure seamless conversion of leads into consultations.

Job Summary:



The Sales Manager will oversee the entire sales process, from patient inquiry to consultation conversion. This includes managing a team of telecalling executives, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional patient experience throughout the sales funnel. The role is ideal for someone passionate about aesthetics, patient care, and healthcare service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals. Lead, mentor and manage the telecalling and inquiry handling team to optimize patient communication and lead conversion. Oversee the patient inquiry process from first contact to consultation, ensuring timely and empathetic responses. Monitor and improve calling scripts, follow-up procedures, and CRM utilization to enhance team productivity. Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to align campaigns, offers, and educational content with patient interests. Track and report performance metrics including conversion rates, inquiry volume, and patient feedback. Build lasting relationships with potential and returning patients, fostering trust and loyalty.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, plastic surgery, dermatology, or wellness industry. Proven sales experience, ideally with a focus on healthcare, aesthetics, or plastic surgery. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales and inquiry handling team. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong ability to analyze sales data and use insights for strategic decision-making. Familiarity with CRM software, call tracking systems, and performance dashboards.

Preferred:



Previous experience in a plastic surgery clinic, aesthetic dermatology practice, or luxury wellness brand. Knowledge of cosmetic procedures and patient behavior in premium aesthetic healthcare settings.
