Sales Manager



Job brief:



We are looking for a Sales Manager to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.

Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.

Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store's profitability.

Key Responsibilities



Team Leadership & Management:



Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals.

Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to improve individual and team performance.

Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.

Sales Strategy & Planning:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and processes to meet company objectives.

Set individual and team sales targets, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed.

Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:



Monitor sales activities, team performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Analyse sales data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Prepare and present sales forecasts and results to senior management.

Customer Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Resolve customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Collaboration & Communication:



Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients.

Essential Skills



Leadership: Ability to guide, motivate, and develop a team.

Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of sales techniques, the sales process, and the company's products/services.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build relationships and motivate team members.

Coaching & Training: Proficiency in coaching and mentoring to enhance sales skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
