Responsibilities

You are responsible for handling the Taxation Department (both Direct & Indirect Taxes) of Commercial Real Estate developer company*
Monthly TDS computations submission, Return and certificate Issuance*
You should ensure completion of GST computation and return*
Advance Tax Computation and submission*
You should be responsible for Annual ITR preparation*
Tax Scrutiny and assessment/Litigation (of both direct & Indirect taxes) data preparation*
Handle SEZ compliances*
Tax Audit/Stat Audit data preparation*
Transfer pricing study*
MIS Tax Schedules & Tax accounting*
You are responsible to ensure Adhoc Tax requests/queries are answered well in time*

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

B.Com (Hons.)*
CA*
Meaningful work experience in Indian Accounting & Taxation of Real Estate industry*

Preferred qualifications

Good knowledge of Tally tool*
Excellent Analytical skills and Excel skills*
Good interpersonal skills & highly dedicated in approach*
Ability to handle & prioritize deliverables*
Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools*
