Job Description

Lead and manage the entire proposal and estimation process for turnkey packages. Review tender documents, specifications, and scope of work from EPC consultants/contractors such as Bechtel, Technip, Toyo, Thyssenkrupp, Worley, L&T, Tata Projects, etc. Prepare techno-commercial offers in line with client requirements and project standards. Develop cost estimates for mechanical equipment, piping, structural steel, site works, and third-party bought-out items. Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project management teams to gather input for accurate costing. Interact with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and evaluate technical compliance. Conduct risk assessment and provide inputs on pricing strategy to management. Prepare bid clarifications, technical deviations, and coordinate with clients/consultants during bid evaluation. Support negotiation and handover of successful bids to the execution team. Maintain updated cost databases and estimation tools for continuous improvement in accuracy.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
