B.E / B.Tech, M.E / M.Tech Mechanical
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of Calculations Steam system (HP, CRH, HRH, LP, Aux., Bypass system), Feedwater system, Condensate system, Fuel gas system, Fuel oil system, Condenser heat load (WCC & ACC), Condenser air removal system, Clean drain system, Closed circuit cooling water system, Service gas system (N2, CO2, H2), H2 generation plant sizing.

2. Preparation of P&IDs/PFDs Steam system (HP, CRH, HRH, LP, Aux., Bypass system), Feedwater system, Condensate system, Fuel gas system, Fuel oil system, Condenser air removal system, Clean drain system, Turbine drain system, HRSG blowdown system, Closed circuit cooling water system, Service gas system (N2, CO2, H2), H2 generation plant, GT & ST interconnection system.

3. Preparation of System descriptions Steam system (HP, CRH, HRH, LP, Aux., Bypass system), Feedwater system, Condensate system, Fuel gas system, Fuel oil system, Condenser air removal system, Clean drain system, Turbine drain system, HRSG blowdown system, Closed circuit cooling water system, Service gas system (N2, CO2, H2), H2 generation plant.

4. Preparation of RFQ/MR and carrying out Technical bid evaluation HRSG, Feedwater pumps, Condensate extraction pumps, Clean drain pumps, Condenser (WCC & ACC), Fuel gas system, Fuel gas compressor, Vacuum pumps, Service gas system (N2, CO2, H2), H2 generation plant

5. Other activities Review/Preparation of HMBD, Preparation of Electrical load list, Auxiliary power consumption list, Sampling point list, Equipment list, Inputs for Bypass valve sizing, Preparation of pant start up curves (Cold, Warm, Hot), Preparation of Plant operation philosophy, Providing inputs to set point list
