Roles and Responsibilities for Process Excellence- 1. ERP Implementation Oversight:
Coordinate with various teams (e.g., Sourcing, Quality, SCM, Operations and IT) to obtain sign-offs on To be processes
Ensure timely project completion by adhering to defined sign-off matrices and timelines.
Collaborate with business leads to design and standardize enterprise structures.
2. Process Design and Standardization:
Define design principles for process design, prioritizing scalability.
Establish process design standards and ensure compliance with the design framework.
Lead and coordinate the design of global processes at the L4 level.
Prepare and finalize success criteria, key performance indicators (KPIs), and objectives tailored for Phases 2 and 3
Ensure adherence to design principles and quality standards.
Define integration methodologies of various IT tools with SAP (like Ariba , PLM, MES, etc ).
3. Stakeholder Communication & Governance
Establish a structured communication cadence with steering committees, sponsors, and key stakeholders to maintain alignment, facilitate timely decision-making, and effectively track progress.
Prepare pre-reads and presentation decks for sponsor updates and steering committee reviews, raise timely alerts.
Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan and rollout plan.
Drive change management initiatives with business leads and process design partners.
4. Training and Capability Building:
Draft communication and training strategies for end-user adoption.
Organize in-person and virtual training sessions.
Manage change communications across business functions.
5. Risk Management and Issue Resolution:
Identifying and mitigating risks to safeguard timelines and quality.
Proposing strategies to mitigate risks during extensive data migration or cross-functional process alterations.
Establishing a suitable cadence for UAT, including defect tracking and resolution through daily stand-up meetings.
Requirements Education - Any Degree Experience (in years) 8-10 years Day of Work / Timing 5 days / 9.30 am-6.30pm
