About Company:
A fully Japanese company came into existence on 31st Jan 2011 with an approach to becoming a national provider of business goods shipments all over India and in foreign countries. The main businesses are packaging, transportation, warehousing, and the development of special vehicles, among others, that develop high-quality, stable integrated logistics services.
An Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in logistics operations & transportation operations. Must have good hands-on experience in Logistics, online operations, warehousing, and Transportation. Candidates from the transportation & Automobile industry will be preferred. Should know logistics, warehouse, Transportation, and Freight Forwarding.
Key Competencies:
Key competencies -
1. Completed graduation with at least 15 years of work experience in transportation operations.
2. Creating a business plan
2. Monthly review of branch KPI
3. Generation of new business, preparation of quotation, negotiation with clients
4. Daily operation parameter control & management
5. Responsible for operation and business Development.
6. Motivating & guiding team for cost control activity
7. Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
