Job Summary
1. Engage with partners to define and finalize the SOP’s for various departments under the Omni-Channel program.
2. Implement the Omni-Channel SOP’s across the organisation by engaging with stakeholders in various departments.
3. Drive adoption of Endless aisle, Clienteling app in stores as per the set targets of the business.
4. Ensuring CRM data is captured at stores and updated as per the SOP.
5. Identify issues and problems in adoption of Omni-Channel tools and work with stakeholders (internal/ external) to address them on priority.
6. Set OMS order flow guidelines after discussing with Merchandising, Retail team and E-commerce, this needs to be reviewed on a continuous basis and efficiency improved.
7. Track and Grow Store fulfilment of Endless aisle / Online orders – this covers, BOPIS, BOSS, ROPIS..etc, achieve business targets assigned to store fulfilment.
8. Ensuring E-catalogue is updated and inventory is available for all channels to consume as per business needs.
9. Working with Merchandising team to ensure the Planogram is updated.
10. Working with Omni-Channel SPOC in marketing to ensure campaigns are enabled across channels
11. Highlight issues faced by stores in processing orders/ using the application to
