Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for our New Product Development team in the Wiring Harness Industry in Amphenol FCi Bengaluru. This is a full-time position located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The salary range for this role is competitive and will be based on the candidate\'s experience and qualifications. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering /Mechanical /ECE or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
• Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in product development in the Wiring Harness Industry.
• Strong knowledge of wiring harness design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven track record of successfully launching new products in the industry.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for product development.

• Lead and manage a team of professionals in the New Product Development department for the Wiring Harness Industry.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and create new wiring harness products that meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and marketing, to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and technologies in the wiring harness industry.
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
