Job Description

• Must have a minimum of 8+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in processing payroll and OTL in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  
• Leading the design, build, and delivery of the Oracle Time and Labor, Payroll Cloud module.
  
• Work closely with other Cloud modules of the HCM track e.g., Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and with Finance and Project Costing tracks.
  
• Work closely with technical work streams to provide module expertise during the design of interfaces, reports, etc.
  
• Build strong relationships and trust with our customers as well as internal stakeholders.
  
• Play a key role in developing the Oracle HCM Cloud practice and building repositories.
  
• Ability to understand the legacy system and map to the oracle cloud.
  
• Ability to gather requirements, analyze and prepare the fit/gap document.
  
• Ability to design and maintain complete payroll processing.
  
• Ability to conduct SIT, UAT, and Payroll parallel.
  
• Ability to build bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations That will tie out to ADPs quarterly filings and deposits.
  
• Ensuring that ADPs annual filings tie out to the W2.
  
• Ability to perform Bi-weekly gross-to-net reconciliation.
  
• Good with Microsoft Excel formulas to validate and analyze the data.
